Studio Dennis Parren focuses on the potency of durable artificial light. His work characterizes by that it builds up light out of colors. He sees light and shadow effects as one thing and as a missed opportunity when overlooked.

7500 sand-lime bricks and highly sophisticated streetlights together with a friendly light technician manifested in the project: ‘Color noise’. The installation was part of the Glow light festival 2014 It is between a figuratively and abstract grid of a city.

Here and now your shadow seems green and then magenta. It dances in front of you, round and round. The streetlights illuminates the street with colors. It creates shadows who seems to jump from one color to another. Everything you see finds itself in a color noise. The installation ‘color noise’ shows again that light itself is the true custodian of color.
